Quit location, easy access, airport shuttle was safe and clean. Large room with good ventilation.
Hotel is not located as described on web site, this hotel is in Hawalli, not Kuwait City.

Buffet breakfast was included in the agreed rate though this was refused by the hotel who wanted to charge an additional 3.5KWD (£8) per day - I refused to give them the satisfaction of charging twice so ate elsewhere. Very noisy, not only from the street, but also airconditioning units on the rooftop. Kettle, cup and plenty of sugar supplied, but no tea or coffee - even after asking twice and leaving the sugar packs out in rows as a hint. Needed to ask for toilet roll
